TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Tilater Entertainment AG
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “T&Cs”) govern the relationship between Tilater Entertainment AG (“Tilater,” “we,” “us,” or “the Platform”) and users of the Platform, including ticket purchasers, event attendees, resellers, and B2B/B2C clients (hereinafter “User” or “Users”).
Accessing and using the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Services
Tilater provides a global platform for:
Sale of tickets for events organized by Tilater or third parties.
Event discovery and promotion.
Additional event-related services (VIP packages, merchandise, etc.).
3. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are purchased through the online Platform.
By purchasing a ticket, the User accepts its validity for the specified date and location.
Prices include applicable taxes.
Users are responsible for providing accurate personal information (name, email, billing address, etc.).
4. Lost or Damaged Tickets
Tilater does not replace lost or damaged tickets.
Leaving the event venue may invalidate the ticket.
Ticket reprints or digital copies are allowed only as specified on the Platform.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
In case of cancellation by the organizer or artist, the nominal ticket value will be refunded if returned according to the procedures indicated on the Platform.
No refund is available in case of force majeure (natural disasters, official bans, strikes, emergencies).
If an event is rescheduled or relocated, tickets remain valid for the new date/location. No returns will be accepted for this reason.
Outdoor events take place regardless of weather conditions.
6. Access and Safety Rules
By purchasing a ticket, Users accept the security and access rules indicated on the Platform and at the event venue.
Minimum age requirements will be specified per event; minors may require adult supervision.
Tilater reserves the right to deny access in case of non-compliance, without compensation.
7. Liability
User: Responsible toward Tilater for direct, verifiable damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Tilater: Not liable for any damages, but strives to ensure maximum safety at events.
Tilater is not responsible for minor technical interruptions unless due to gross negligence.
8. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is conducted in accordance with Tilater’s Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Data provided will only be used to process ticket purchases, event access, invoicing, and communications related to service provision.
9. Recordings and Content Use
Professional audio or video recordings are prohibited without express authorization.
Tickets or VIP packages may not be used publicly for advertising without written consent from Tilater.
10. Payment Methods
Transactions are conducted via authorized providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Klarna).
Tilater does not store sensitive payment data (credit cards, bank accounts), which are transmitted directly to providers.
Users confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized for use.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including digital tickets, texts, logos, and images, are owned by Tilater or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of content is prohibited.
12. Modifications
Tilater reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately upon publication.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Canton of Zürich.
For international Users, mandatory local laws apply as far as they cannot be waived and are applicable.

Invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining Terms.
